Terms of Service

Last updated 23 October 2026

This is a plain-language template for a beta, not legal advice. Have it reviewed before you charge anyone, and replace the bracketed placeholders.

These terms cover your use of Aurum Studio (“the service”), run by [Company name] (“we”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

1. The service is a beta

Aurum Studio is in beta. Features change, limits are provisional, and the service can be slow, unavailable or lose data. Do not rely on it as the only copy of anything you care about: download your videos and copy your captions.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email address. Keep your sign-in links private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person.

3. Your content and who owns it

The topics, scripts and edits you provide are yours. Between you and us, you own the videos, captions and other output the service produces for you, and you may use them, including commercially, subject to the points below. We claim no ownership of your output.

4. What you must not do

Do not use the service to create unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing content; content that targets or harasses people; or spam. Do not attempt to access other people's data, overload the service, or work around its limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Limits and plans

Each plan has limits (for example how many videos you can make and how many you can start in a day). Free-plan videos are deleted after 14 days. We may change plans and limits during the beta; we will tell you before a change takes effect where we can.

6. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that videos will be accurate, original, free of third-party claims, or accepted by any platform.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (nothing, on the free plan). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may end the service or your access, with notice where practical.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept it. Questions: [contact email]. Governing law and courts: [jurisdiction].
